Please read captions below the images. This bug occurs on a brand new Macbook with the 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7 processor and 8gb memory, using a freshly installed Photoshop 12.1, with its default user preferences. Please somebody fix this bug asap!!!
UPDATE After having ran Disk Warrior (with Mac Genius), uninstalled PS, Reinstalled Lion, Reinstalled PS, updated Wacom, symptoms are irregular. The bug as shown here still happens, though much more rarely. I can't tell why. If I save the PS image, sometimes that helps. But this bug now happens at other diameters than 80-200px. At other times, the cursor just disappears (as others describe across the web with various configurations -- I find it using Mouse Locator app (which confirms that it's not showing, since there's nothing in its green target area where the cursor actually is) and after several frustrating moments of fiddling, I usually manage to get it back -- though sometimes not without restarting. The oddest thing now is that when the Macbook is plugged into the Thunderbolt, both start out working fine (it takes a while before the above new symptoms start), but the Macbook alone, not plugged into the Thunderbolt, runs PS with the originally described bug -- worse than when plugged in! Adobe and Mac are supposedly working on this. I'll keep this updated here, and also on the forums. Pretty nasty bug.

{image 14 caption = starting at 200px the cursor works OK again}
{image 16 caption = and here's a screenshot that shows the final result, obtained by working around the 20=200 px diameter bug. I don't care if Adobe thinks it's Mac's problem or vice-versa, I'm just hoping this demonstation will motivate someone to fix this!}
